Consulting

Through consulting, we work with our clients to start building cultures of well-being by focusing on both relational and functional aspects of the organization. Starting with an assessment, we then plan, design, facilitate, and implement interventions to help improve well-being at your workplace. Coaching

We offer individual and team coaching on performance, leadership and career-related topics. Whether it's an individual looking to better utilize their strengths on the job, a new manager that needs support navigating their role, or a leader trying to achieve life-work integration, we've got you covered! Centering

Through centering, we provide workshops on mindfulness, stress-reduction, and resilience building. Certified yoga instructors lead breath work and yoga mindful movement classes. DOMINIQUE FERRERA HAWKINS brings over 17 years professional experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors, including leadership roles, managing teams, programs, special projects, and departments. She is a former attorney with experience in employment, anti-discrimination, and civil rights law, as well as advising on a range of human resource matters and experience supporting HR departments.Currently, Dominique is pursuing post-graduate studies in organizational behavior and psychology. She has specialized training in psychometric theory, assessment, and evaluation, including assessment design and survey development, statistical analysis and people analytics skills. Her graduate-level research experience includes a broad range of workplace well-being related topics, including mindfulness, diversity, biases, and the qualitative and quantitative costs of bad management practices.Dominique is a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Psychological Safety Coach, as well as a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200). She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Yoga Alliance, and the AttaGirl Giving Circle.In her free time she enjoys gardening with native plants and incorporating permaculture techniques, hiking, traveling, practicing yoga, volunteering, and trying new plant-based recipes.
